GET IN THE GAME. BECOME A BIG.
The annual NCAA tournament is back, and we're excited! Do you love sports as much as we do? Well, this March, we invite you to join our Match Madness recruitment campaign! Share your love of basketball - or any of your interests - with one of our waiting Littles by becoming a Big Brother or Big Sister. This past year has been difficult for our Littles and they are itching to get outside, have fun, and connect with others. Now is the perfect time to become a Big!
We have 32 Littles who are waiting for a mentor just like you. Be there for just one. Become a Big.
MEET OUR TEAM CAPTAINS
We've enlisted the help of some awesome team captains who are passionate about empowering the potential of Butler County's youth. They want you to join the team and become a champion for a child in your community.

"I got involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, because I wanted to continue to make a positive impact on the community and make a difference in someone's life. What I didn't know was that I would be gaining another family member, a brother, and a friend for life. We have the ability, nay responsibility, as men to help generations after us grow and leave a sustainable impact. I'm supporting this campaign to challenge and recruit strong and virtuous men in the community to become mentors and raise up our brothers to become the leaders and protectors of tomorrow."

"Match Madness combines two of my favorite things- Big Brothers Big Sisters and College basketball! I’ve been involved with BBBS for over a decade and what they do is critical for the kids in our community. As the snow melts and COVID eventually subsides this summer, kids will be sooo eager to get outside and have fun! Their need for connections and mentors will be higher than ever before! There is no better time to get involved. Let’s “hoop it up” for the youngsters! Become a mentor and everybody wins!"
BECKY PERKINS, STAFF MEMBER (pictured at the top of the Manitou Incline in Colorado)
"Every day at Big Brothers Big Sisters, I get to see the amazing impact that mentors are having in the lives of kids, and I am SO EXCITED about this campaign! I discovered a sense of healing and empowerment when I got into fitness and it changed my life. I'm terrible at sports, but that hasn't stopped me one bit! I want others to experience what I have, especially kids right here in my community. Sports and fitness have the power to bring us together in ways that foster friendship, encouragement, and fun! Our Littles are waiting right now for someone just like you. So, come on, let's go!!"
