Our Associate Advisory Board is made up of young professionals in the Butler County area who are passionate about supporting youth-serving organizations and engaging in philanthropic activities and events.

To help support our mission, the Associate board is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Engage next generation donors

• Recruit next generation volunteers

• Build relationships with local companies

• Plan and support fundraising efforts

• Serve as ambassadors for BBBS in our community

We are looking for 8-15 individuals to help serve on our Associate Board:

• Members must be under 45 years of age when joining

• Each Associate Board member can serve for a term of 2 years

• No Associate Board member can serve more than 3 full consecutive terms.
