Site-Based Program Specialist (part-time, academic year schedule)
BBBS of Butler County is seeking applicants for a new part-time Site-Based Program Specialist. The Site-Based Program Specialist will interview, screen, match, and support volunteers and children for 2 site-based mentoring programs in elementary schools. They will also be on-site for these 2 programs and implement the mentoring activities at the programs. The programs will be held in the Talawanda and Middletown City School Districts.
The position is 15 hours per week during the school year (August-May), and off for 8 weeks in the summer (without pay). The position offers a flexible schedule except for set program times. The position is based in our office in Hamilton, Ohio, but can be remote aside from the coordination of the 2 after-school programs. The salary for the position is $13.50/hour.
